Task Manager

Setup:

The setup module enables the user to onboard entities and add GL mapping.

Please refer to the 'Setup' module on how to onboard entities and add GL mapping.

Task Manager:

• Task Manager is a module in the “Setup” page.

• Only the ultimate parent will have the option to add tasks for all the L3 captions in the COA master through Task Manger for all its subsidiaries.

• So, this module is applicable only to the ultimate parent.

• The ultimate parent can add the task using the side menu bar under setup.

Functionalities:

• Task Manager is enabled only when the COA Master is complete.

• This module is applicable only to the Ultimate Parent.

• A task is added for each of the L3 captions.

• The L3 caption is selected using “Select Caption” drop down.

• Each L3 task may or may not have task associated to it. It is not mandatory that all L3 line items should have tasks.

• The user should be able to enter the tasks by importing the template using “Import Template” option.

• The template can be downloaded using the Download Template option.

• A new task can be added using “Add Task” button.

• The task description will be added in the “Add Task” page. The maximum character limit is 2500 for the task description.

• The task number is auto populated which is generated by the tool in the following format.

  • L3 Caption – Serial Number (Ex: Inventory – 001)
